The buildings

Eleven working buildings, each with a job — and an upgrade ladder that pays real perks.

Raising and hatching

The 🐣 Nursery hatches eggs in warm nests — each nest holds one egg, and upgrades add nests, so a serious hatchery runs several clutches at once. The 💞 Breeding Pen pairs your best into new clutches. The 🌱 Farm Plots grow crops for the Cauldron — one seed plants one bed forever, and seeds come from bushes and the Market. The 🍯 Egg Cellar stores your eggs; room grows with Cellar levels and your Keep, and a full basket simply means new finds wait — an earned egg is never lost and never expires.

Care and speed

The 🧪 Cauldron brews crops into potions: Tonics revive fallen fighters, Feeds raise a stat forever. The ⛑ Infirmary mends knocked-out Mythlings free and much faster as it levels; a bed can be rushed with coins, an ad, or gems when you need your champion back this minute. The ⛲ Town Well speeds every crew by 10% per level — mine, trees, and forage all benefit at once, which makes it pound-for-pound the quietest-best upgrade in the game.

Defense, training, and coin

The 🗼 Watchtower posts a Ranger to volley arrows at the beasts camping your fence, and it sharpens your egg-finding luck — 5% per level. The 🎯 Training Yard grows a Mythling’s XP over real time, capped at your Yard level in hours; level 8 opens a second ring to train two at once, and every battle pays +15% XP just for the Yard standing. The 💎 Gem Mine makes one gem a day, halting until you collect — no upgrades, ever; it is the game’s little pension. The 🏪 Market sells for instant fair coins, holds the daily stock and seed trades, pays a little more per level, and hosts the Global Market where keepers set their own prices for one another.

How upgrades work

Upgrades cost Mythwood and coins and take real Builder time — from 25 wood and pocket change at the bottom of a ladder to a veteran-tier save-up at the top. There is one Builder (Mythlings+ adds a second and a build queue), every building’s level is capped by your Keep — raise the Keep to climb higher — and a queued build can be shaved with an ad or finished with gems. Earned upgrades never expire and never take anything back; nothing in the Hollow ever un-builds.

Build something

Every building works while you sleep. Some of them literally pay you for it.
