By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game, and you may not use cheats, bots, exploits, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt other players. Leaderboards, the market, guilds, and PvP are shared spaces — scores or activity we determine to be fraudulent may be removed, and access to online features may be limited, without notice.
The game contains virtual currencies (such as coins and gems) and virtual items (such as creatures, buildings, and cosmetics). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value, and cannot be transferred outside the game. You do not own them; you receive a limited licence to use them inside the game. We may adjust, rebalance, or remove virtual items and currencies as part of running and updating the game.
Some virtual items and a subscription ("Mythlings+") may be available for purchase. All purchases are processed by the platform you buy through — for example the Google Play Store or, on the web, our payment processor. That platform's own terms and refund rules apply to your transaction, and payment information is handled by them, not by us.
Except where a refund is required by the platform's policy or by law, purchases of virtual items and currency are final and non-refundable, because the item is delivered to your game immediately. If a purchase fails, is charged twice, or does not appear in your game, contact the store you bought through first; you may also email us at luconious@luconianstudios.com and we will help.
Mythlings+ is a recurring subscription that renews automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. You manage and cancel it in the store account you subscribed through (for example, Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices and benefits may change, and we will give notice of changes as required by the platform and by law.
The game has no login. Your progress is stored on your device and, on the online version, backed up to our server against an anonymous player ID. Your recovery code is the only way to move a save between devices or recover it after clearing your browser or app storage. Keep it private and safe — anyone with your recovery code can open your save. We are not able to recover a lost save if you have no recovery code and no server backup, and we are not responsible for progress lost to device changes, browser or storage clearing, platform storage limits, or loss of your recovery code.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time, and online features depend on servers that may be unavailable from time to time. We may update these Terms; when we do, the date above changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the game or its online features if you break these Terms, cheat, or harm other players or the service.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luconian Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress or virtual items; and our total liability relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence applies.
